Our Service Delivery Model

EWP has adopted an agile business model offering clients greater buying choice and flexibility in relation to their service needs.

The model offers multiple and tiered procurement routes to clients improving affordability by striking a balance between the use of in-house client and external resources over the full range of disciplines needed to deliver a successful workplace transformation programme.

EWP maximises the use and development of internal client delivery resources, including, where appropriate, existing client sub-service providers and suppliers. The EWP team can be augmented through carefully selected specialist delivery partners and professional associates enabling the right mix of delivery team capability and capacity against client needs over the workplace transformation programme lifecycle.
